Position
As a Performance Development Engineer, you will work in a motivated and skilled engineering team focused on developing and improving the steady-state and transient performance of our gas engines.
You will collaborate closely with teams in controls, design, mechanical engineering, emissions aftertreatment, service, and manufacturing, as well as external suppliers and research institutes.

Workplace type: on-site

Tasks
  • Your work will combine simulation and engine testing to optimize engine power, efficiency, emissions, and transient behavior.
  • You will be involved in test planning and execution on both single- and multi-cylinder engines, data analysis, and validation activities.
  • Analyze simulation and measurement results with interpretation, conclusions and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Initial experience in internal combustion engine development
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills in English
