Role Creation of multi-year cost walks at the product level, coordination with internal departments such as Sourcing and Manufacturing, organization of project kick-offs for cost optimization projects, monitoring project progress to meet cost targets, facilitation of the process for further idea generation for cost-saving measures, creation of cost reports and cost roll-ups, reporting for senior management, etc. Requirements: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar Proficient in English, German is a plus Initial work experience (2–5 years) in project management, cost management of technical systems, Should Cost, Value Engineering, etc. Possibly from the automotive, machinery, or plant engineering sectors Personality: Highly motivated, diligent, able to push things forward, communicative, very independent, confident, team player, open to compromise, loves numbers and details, able to inspire and engage others Availability as soon as possible Location: Jenbach, Tyrol (Austria) Working hours: Full Time, on site We offer flexible working hours, supplementary health insurance, apartment.
